O.P.R. researches and investigates sightings of the paranormal and supernatural. Our headquarters is located in Chicago, Illinois, and we have remote investigators all over the midwest and beyond. We also partner with other paranormal research groups to help provide "fast, efficient service" for all clients.
O.P.R.'s research isn't limited to one particular area of study in the paranormal, but several. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ghosts, Hauntings, Spirits, Apparitions, Entities, and other manifestations
- UFO Sightings, EBE / Alien Encounters, Crop Circles, Ancient Alien Theory

- Psychic Phenomenon such as ESP, mediumship, clairvoyance, telepathy, precognition, etc.
- Phantom Ships, The Triangles, Ley Lines, Legends/Lore/Mythology
- Other "X-Files" type cases (i.e. spontaneous human combustion, etc.)
We will utilize extensive research and investigation, applying the scientific methodology, conducting controlled experiments, and utilizing both "proven and unproven methods" to attempt to gather and document evidence supporting the existence of the paranormal.

Having an encounter with the supernatural can be a terrifying experience. Some folks have never believed in the paranormal until they have an encounter, and then they are so shaken by the the manifestation that they don't know how to react to it. We understand that taking the first step of reaching out for help can be even more terrifying than the encounter itself, but we promise that we are here to listen, understand, and help however we can.
We offer total confidentiality to our clients at their request. That means we will never share your name, location, or any revealing details about the case to anyone, ever. Our members and researchers also sign a confidentiality agreement upon joining the team, forbidding them to discuss any details of the case without express permission from the Founder/Team Manager and/or the client. We know you don't want everyone to think you are crazy, and that's the last thing we want for you.
Our investigations are also totally transparent to our clients, meaning we will show you everything we are doing along the way (and may even ask you to help out / get involved if you are comfortable with it). You can ask questions at anytime, and you will be given phone numbers for pertinent contacts within the group so you can always check on your case or check-in with our office.
Amicable Resolutions for our Clients...
Although you'll see plenty of paranormal groups who promise to get rid of pesky spirits and entities, it should be known that there is no sure-fire proven method of doing so. However, we will do everything within our power and ability (and within the client's desires). Some people will be happy simply with us documenting evidence that proves they "aren't crazy", while others may want us to attempt to get rid of the spirit.
We can do this in various ways, at the request of the client. We can also refer the client to outside resources such as priests/religious practicioners, psychiatrists/counselors, and others to help "resolve" the situation in each unique case, again, at the request of the client. Although we may not be able to get rid of the spirit permanently, we will certainly do our best to help the clients reach the resolution they desire.
All of our Services Are Free...
Since paranormal research and "removal" aren't exact sciences, (and in some cases, attempting to "remove" the entity can only increase the activity), it isn't ethically or morally correct to charge clients for our services. Everything, from research to interviews to all the vigils to everything involved in your case (excluding outside vendors/services i.e. counselor's/clergy/repairmen/etc.) is included for free. You won't have to pay a dime to get help with your case from our team...
How do we fund ourselves if we don't charge for investigations? We do accept donations.
